Cele expuse reprezinta un punct de vedere. Din perspectiva mea training-ul pentru somn este inutil si face mai rau pe termen lung binomului mama copil.
Copilul va decide singur, daca i se da aceasta posibilitate, momentul in care isi va dori să doarmă separat de adult.
Atunci când mediul este pregatit corespunzator copilul isi va căpăta aceasta independența funcțională destul de devreme.

Si eu il alaptez exclusiv la san pe voinucul meu, ne confruntam de la nastere cu un pardalnic de reflux gastro esofagian permanent, la fiecare supt si dupa, pentru care nu am gasit inca solutie, si mai suntem – cred – in greva suptului de ceva vreme. Problema este ca nu am sesizat nici unul din puseuri pana acum- bebe are 4 1/2 luni – asa ca nu stiu cand exact cand a acumulat achizitii, in sensul ca nu mi-am dat seama înainte de producerea acestora. O fi normal?
